Happy to say that these palettes are like the older glitter creams as opposed to the recent gel type creams that were very greasy. These are good to use as bases. Not to be confused with primers which prevent creasing. I would wear these to make my colors pop.
On the left is the new glitter gels from earlier this year. Compared to the creams from this palette, you can see the difference. Also the glitter is only on top but there is shimmer underneath.
